Childhood Works

These are some of my earliest drawings from childhood.

Drawing was always a natural part of my life. My mother kept my drawings from a very young age, sometimes writing my name and the date on the back of each one.

She also displayed some of my drawings on the kitchen wall at home, with the title and my name written beside them, almost like a small art gallery.
At the time, I never thought much about it. It simply felt like a normal part of everyday life.

She even kept simple lines and small sketches that might have been seen as just scribbles. Looking back now, I find it meaningful that they were treated as something worth keeping.

The earliest drawings she had kept are from around the age of two, when I first started making marks with a pen.
