Shipping Information

International Shipping

We ship internationally from Tokyo using EMS or FedEx, depending on availability and destination.

Estimated Shipping Costs:

• Asia: Starting from ¥1,450
• Oceania, Canada, Mexico, Middle East, Europe: Starting from ¥3,150
• United States (including territories like Guam): Starting from ¥3,900
• Central & South America (excluding Mexico), Africa: Starting from ¥3,600

Delivery Times: 

• Most orders are shipped within 3 business days (Monday–Friday) after payment is received.
• Delivery time is generally 5–10 working days, but this may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

Duties and Taxes

• International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied when the shipment reaches your country.
• By law, we are required to declare the full value of the goods (excluding shipping) on all customs forms.
• Please note that we cannot mark your order as a gift or understate its value, as this is a legal offense.

• PayPal: You can use PayPal to pay with a debit or credit card without creating a PayPal account.

Handmade with Care

 Blablahospital's handmade /custom/punk design items are with the greatest of care and imagination by our very mysterious Blablanurse. All items are constructed carefully from specially selected materials which are designed to change over their lives. This is the wrong hospital if you are looking for a t-shirt that will look exactly the same in ten years' time. The blabla nurse creates 100% unique clothing and accessories that will take on new lives with you. In this respect, each item is guaranteed to be free from structural defects, but it is hoped the items will tear and stretch and twist and break to create something far more personal to you. Please enjoy the treatments the nurse has designed, and have fun playing with them!

Return Policy

It is Blabahospital’s goal to make sure you get what you want. 
Please take extra care when selecting sizes.
Feel free to e-mail us with any questions if you are confused by anything before you make an order.
If for any reason you wish to return or exchange an item/s .we request it be returned in good condition (not washed, worn, altered or soiled, and suitable for resale)within 7 days of receipt and a refund for the purchase price (not including postage) will be given. 
Item/s must be returned with all documentation in the original container. 
Please note: No returns or exchanges will be accepted on custom-made items.

For Domestic Shipping (Japan Only)

Yu-Pack or Yamato:

• Flat rate: ¥550
• Free shipping on orders over ¥10,000 (tax included).
• A 10% consumption tax will be added to all domestic orders at checkout.

Payment Method:

• Credit Card/ Paypal
• Cash on Delivery: Pay the total amount directly to the delivery service upon receiving your parcel.
• Bank Transfer  : Please complete the transfer within 5 days of placing your order. Bank details will be provided at checkout.
